Take a Sneak Peek at the Tuxedo Junction House Band

There will be a "house band" to perform during ballroom dances at Tuxedo Junction, which is expected to open in October. The facility is located on the far left side of the old Wake Forest Plaza, now called Renaissance Plaza.

The Tuxedo Junction Band specializes in the big band era music which came to the forefront in the 1930's and 40's. Some of the popular band leaders performing this genre of music include Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, and Artie Shaw.

If you would like to experience the new Tuxedo Junction Band at their free "sneak preview concert", it will take place on Saturday, August 22, from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Cotton Company (upstairs).

The Cotton Company is located at 306 South White Street in downtown Wake Forest. Their phone number is 919-570-0087.
