Parkour Class at the Tumble Gym
Submitted by wfparkour on Mon, 04/19/2010 - 18:33Never heard of Parkour? It is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment. It is non-competitive, great exercise and incredibly fun.
Wake Forest Parkour is holding a Parkour Class at The Tumble Gym in The Factory, instructed by WFP’s Stephen Carr. This class will focus on foundational parkour techniques. People of all skill levels are welcome to come!

Kids Night Out at Polar Ice House

Vendor Vault at The Factory on Saturday will feature crafters and direct sales agents

Main Street and Rogers Road between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to shop at the Vendor Vault. This one-stop shopping experience will feature dozens of Wake Forest-area vendors selling hand-made articles and direct-sales agents ready to take orders. Follow the link above As an added bonus, you can stop by the new Hershey's Ice Cream shop that opened by S. Main Street entrance, and, of course, visit some of the other great shops there.
